Smoking in pit area not recommended. Use common sense.

Everyone is responsible for their own trash and waste. Disposal of all oil and fuel waste will be your responsibility. No dumping of fuel or oil on ground. EPA has the right to issue a fine of $2,500 to violators.

No speeding in pits.

Fighting is prohibited and violators will be escorted off the premises and/or turned over to the law enforcement. Violators will forfeit all season points of affiliated team and be banned from the track.

Attempts to settle a dispute by entering another participants pit area, will automatically put the one entering at fault. This action may result in lose of points and payout or suspension from track.

ALL PARTICIPANTS AND CREWMEMBERS WILL REMAIN BEHIND THE PIT FENCE DURING A RACE. No one except one team member is to be in the staging area and no one is to be in the track exit lane.

Anyone caught vandalizing or defacing property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

No yelling at track officials. Participants may talk to the flagman or track promoter, but only when they are in the pits. Arguing an on track call will not change the call that has already been made.

DO NOT ENTER THE TRACK AT ANYTIME DURING A RACE until directed to do so by an Official.

No one allowed in tech area during ATV tech except driver and one crewmember for ATV being teched.

Any dispute of any kind, Track Promoter has final decision.
